The female-led startup is redefining cancer survivorship in the UK with virtual care and AI-driven support.

UK’s Urgent Cancer Challenge

With nearly 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK—and rising—there’s an urgent need for new approaches to long-term care. The country continues to struggle with late diagnoses, missed screenings, and fragmented support for survivors. London-based Perci Health is answering this call through digital health innovation that puts the patient first.

A Major Step Forward in Funding

Perci Health has secured €4 million in new funding, doubling its original target and bringing total backing to €10.4 million. Investors include Guinness Ventures, Conduit Fund, and Octopus Ventures, while Macmillan Cancer Support added €399K. Over 35 leading cancer specialists have also backed the company, underscoring its clinical credibility.

A Virtual Clinic Built on AI and Human Expertise

Founded in 2020 by Kelly McCabe and Morgan Fitzsimons, Perci Health offers an AI-powered virtual cancer clinic that connects patients with more than 85 NHS-trained specialists across 17 disciplines. The platform supports patients with prevention, early detection, treatment navigation, symptom management, and vocational rehabilitation—delivering care within 48 hours.

The company’s unique value lies in combining digital health innovation with real-time, expert-led care. It’s already shown strong results: 88% of users return to work within six months, and 84% report an improved quality of life.

Investors Support Scalable, Inclusive Care

Investors are excited by Perci Health’s potential to disrupt outdated models. Eva-Maria Dimitriadis of Conduit Fund noted the importance of investing in underrepresented female founders and technologies that offer real impact. Lisa Fox of Guinness Ventures praised the company’s ability to “solve a critical and underserved problem in cancer care” through innovation and scale.

Transforming the Future of Survivorship

The funding will enable Perci Health to grow its virtual clinic nationwide and deepen partnerships with employers, insurers, and the NHS. This expansion supports the UK government’s goal to reduce long-term sickness absence and improve access to rehabilitation.

As the number of cancer survivors increases, Perci Health is positioning itself at the forefront of digital health innovation, reshaping how post-treatment care is delivered—affordably, personally, and effectively.
